A few days ago, a foreign fan friend asked a lawyer to come to SMACC headquarters to work on the Kaka and Mit issue, and it seems that SMACC has defended ENV because they are in the same group! You misunderstand how things work where they live. It is important to remember that all countries are not the same, all governments do not serve their people equally and all citizens do not have the same rights and freedoms some have in other parts of the world. The applicable wildlife rules/laws used in this case are not always or fairly enforced, but they are established and valid nonetheless. The ENV does not actively seek out those who violate the country's wildlife rules/laws, instead they begin investigations based on reports they receive from those who live inside and outside the country, just as they did in this case. The tattle-tale system used by the ENV results in some people being held to account while others who are doing the same or worse are allowed to go on with life as usual. To be clear, this family was singled out by an unjust process, but they have a very limited ability to object to what is happening and the country's rules and laws limit their ability to object. The president of Vietnam is the only one who has the ability to alter the outcome of the situation and if you feel strongly about this case please consider writing a letter or email and share your feelings with him. (The contact info for the president is available online) If enough viewers reach out it could go a long way in improving the situation for Kaka and Mit.

Je ne suis pas contre Mr Ngoc avec son action caritative mais il y a des priorités, les 3 téléviseurs n'étaient pas indispensables pour l'école, en France les classes ne sont pas munies de téléviseurs, il y a des choses plus importante à acheter, pour améliorer la vie d'enfants pauvres au Vietnam. Il faudrait qu'il consacre un peu plus son énergie à lutter pour Kaka et Mit. Il parle de Puka qui est peut être mort, nous n'entendons pas les parents de Puka sur ce sujet tout cela n'est que supposition il faut faire attention avant d'avancer de tels propos.
