Obinna pls you have to believe him, my son had this when he joined a new school. When I took him to the doctor the headaches had a pattern. He had them only during school days. He didn’t have them on the weekends or when schools were closed. We found out that it was just school stress and he out grew them with a lot of reassurance at home.

Get someone that L can speak to, whatever is causing his headaches might be psychological. Also you can get some neem/mwarubaini leaves boil and have him drink, this sorted me out some years back as a teen when I had similar headaches with patterns similar to L's, my dad also thought I was pretending and didn't want to go to school.
