You know what I admire a lot with Colaz? He leads by example. He just doesn't give instructions. He actually does the work along with the workers. Notice he helps to carry the blocks, cement, chop the bush, knead the flour, catch the fire etc. He is both a boss and a worker all in one. No wonder the team members are always willing to work eith him. My respect to Colaz for that.

It is obvious that these young mem really want to work for a living. Even though they are being paid, it's very hard work to trudge up steep hill with such heavy load. Not many youth especially those in the urban areas( and some in other rural parts) would want to do it even if they are being paid. They would prefer to beg or steal. Good going guys.
