Isn't that what parents are supposed to do? I'm into fishing... My son has been fishing with me sense he was in my stomach.... Now he wants to go pro. Sad I just don't have the money it takes to get him in it. Like most things cost way more money than it pays out... And the one's that are up at the top.. that do get the pay... Are very few.

@@danmyers9372 I bought a 70 Chevelle at 16, im in my 40s now and im glad I was a broke dick kid because all I could manage was a 350 with about 200 HP ( at the crank) but had a great TH350 trans. But back then there were no LS junk yard engines you could turbo with a stock bottom end, if you wanted power you had to pay for it. If id got my hands on any more money I'd had blown it up or wrapped it around a telephone pole.

I know Shawn is easing him into it steadily, which is the sensible way to do it but I think he's ready for quite a bit more power than that. What i saw and liked was dave isnt really lining up his daughter into the groove. Letting her learn how to read the track from the driver seat.. i see Shaun and other parents line there kids up like they have 10 sec cars. They wont learn that way. The way i and most people did was do it ourselves but if wasn't strait or in the sweet spot while pulling up to the lights then someone would step in and square u up.

Shawn's kid works with the his pit crew when he does the show and NPK. He knows how to stage a car in addition to driving. Shawn's channel 187 Customs has videos of him teaching Aiden and his friends how to work on cars and race. Also I don't think the parents would want their kids putting cars into walls so they're just being safe staging them.
