Well i don’t know what Flash Tony was being but since he knows Joker and Luthor, both of whom Barry Allen Flash fought with the Justice League, he was probably Barry Allen Flash not Wally West Flash since Wally West was Kid Flash and was a member of the Teen Titans so no way he fought Joker and Luthor so early in his career. But then Marvin mentioned Reverse Flash, which Wally West Flash did fight a different time period version of after Barry Allen Flash died. Since Tony is probably most likely also a Justice League fan, we can probably deduce that Tony is Barry Allen Flash and Marvin was just assuming he was Wally West because Tony is really young.

The nerd-guy was right, this movie is from 2003, all objections of Barry Allen to be the Real flash are based in the current time or situation that occur after this time, in these period have so much changes in the comics including the new 52 that was started with flashpoint with west being the main character but after this your appearence in the comics as Flash didn't existed. The Nerd-guy didn't see the future in the comics so he was right.
