I think the story should go like this: We see in Man of Steel 2's credit scene that Black Adam meets Superman and they solve the matter peacefully. Black Adam will protect kahndaq, and the justice league won't interfere. Superman agrees because Black Adam is doing what Justice League does, maintain peace. And in return, Black Adam won't interfere outside kahndaq. But then in Black Adam 2 credit scene, we see that because of some events, kahndaq gets destroyed amd people died. And that happend because of superman, unknowingly. Out of rage, Black Adam starts destroying the word. And then, because of their faults, misunderstanding and philosophy, these two goes head to head in Superman V. Black Adam. It'll be great to see what DC can do with these 2 characters. DC shouldn't mess up this time. Marvel is kind of in a tricky place right now. It’s a perfect time for DC to catch uo, also a perfect time for marvel to try harder and regain their legecy
