I feel like Savannah was true and pure with her apology to her sister. She spoke from the heart and took responsibility for her part. While Lindsay is still trying to process how to move forward in the current reality. Being family hurt is a pain that doesn’t heal quickly and I’m happy to see them both take steps to get the relationship back on track.

Yes I’m 41 and I didn’t know how much I loved my baby Sister until she passed away at 36. I felt crazy But I felt like I had to be strong for my mom because she was a wreck so I acted like I could handle it but when everyone left my home after her repass. I cried so hard in the shower My mom stayed here and I didn’t want her to hear me crying It’s been 2 years now and I’m still trying to be strong for my mom and my nephew He is 21 but he is an only child and he misses his mom Now it’s like I’m the only child and I have other siblings but they are running the streets so it’s only me with my mom and all my nieces and nephews And my kids.🙏🏾❤️😢

I'm estranged from both my sisters. Blended family, age gaps, different perceptions. It's sad. My memories aren't theirs. Family are so important, I know that families are not perfect , in my house hold , we sometimes don't see eye to eye , or we sometimes disagree on things , we might argue , never first fight , but we have our moments , but one thing for sure we stick together , so to hear and see Lindsie , talking to Savannah and her Dad , is something I wanted to see , cause I know we all know that Todd , loves his kids all the same . I feel Lindsie and Savannah still have a lot of issues - they are very guarded with each other and are soooo different from each other.. I can see why Lindsie felt left out of the family and that had to really hurt. The one good thing that will come out of their prison time is it will force the kids to bond more. On another note, that 9% "what if" unfortunately caught up with Julie and Todd.

The more you've struggled, the more you've learned about one another. Even through this damn sentence came along, you two have been real. That is transition you can design although it is painful. You can't go around it, so deciding how to go through this one will show , like now, how beautiful you are continuing to mend fences. Or perhaps the mending involves taking down enough strong, durable wood to build bridges ,and doorways for one another. When I had 3 kinds of cancer fifteen years ago I found the most beautiful moments... unexpectedly. Obviously, yr of chemo and radiation, I found what joy was from the beauty of others. My battles left many scars, it most importantly taught me about lessons and always seeking signs sent your way. I'm SO HAPPY y'all are together again. I've had you in my head and heart for days now. Somehow I feel extremely connected to your family. Guilty, innocent...? Who Fn çares! Everyone has been there rather they acknowledge it or not. Y'all's honest words mean more than you know. Many are watching and this open discussion helps me , And many others. Savannah I can't wait for your updates and beautiful growths. Keep it up, u r heading in a beautiful direction..... Lindey has been an amazing extremely honest person we r getting to know and immediately respect. We'd love to see and hear more of you. This is a little therapy, it just is. Ty for being real and vulnerable. I love this side of u. Wealth is unimpressive compared to this. Showing up emotionally . 🧡💛💚❤️💜💙

My sister and mom and I have loved your family for years, and have ALWAYS said the dynamic is so closely related. Listening you guys talk now, it just hits home. Right down to, we rally with the parents rather than against them, and only being attracted to an older generation, the reason why, and the parents reaction and then realization and acceptance. I’ve often said we’re a solid mix of you guys and the Robertsons. We love y’all, and are so happy to see y’all rallying and conquering.

It's really good to see one of my favorite families in the world accomplish over coming transparency and healthy boundaries and how to heal in a family after drama and trauma. I took some needed notes on some I could relate to. I know how my family is and the most difficult thing for me and my family is myself being the only honest and transparent. Also being the one reaching out an olive branch. I'm at a point where I'm exhausted and I don't wanna try anymore. I'd rather redirect my energy toward people who love and appreciate me and my existence. I learned life is too short to hold on to people who are completely selfish about everything in life even if we're blood related. IM DONE

My parents were raised not to talk about feelings & emotions , and we are all pretty good at compartmentalization.

Savannah great show!! So proud of y’all. Dad (who I like-I like this whole family) for sure is NPD and the fact that Lindsie used “golden child” verbiage means she knows that too and in therapy she’s learned ways how to deal with this. I can see it. Lindsie has had more trauma as well from her parents being divorced and remarried and NPD dad can say as loudly as he wants to “no one should feel abandoned in this family” doesn’t mean they don’t feel that way at times due to trauma. If Todd and Julie can separate the trauma that affects Lindsie even though they didn’t purposefully cause it-and not take personally Lindsie’s responses. It’s like we are all broken but we can still be broken together. I have seen growth in Todd through time but he has his own trauma that led him to his personality struggles. All need to stay in counseling and seeking God. Thank you for being real and putting up with comments. Prayers for all y’all.

So many families are experiencing this now. Julie, I am a stepmother to a daughter and my conversations with my husband about her daughter are so unsettling. I feel for her whereas my husband heart is so hard.

I loved this episode. Im so glad they were able to talk because we all knew from watching the show that lindsay was always jealous of Savannah from the 1st episode. You can tell she is trying to get better but she still feels that way but she can change it in words and with Savannah, I really hated how everything happened with nick but it was bound to happen bcuz she wants to marry her dad. She will never find someone that is just like her dad and I believe that thats how she judges the men in her life and that's not healthy. Lindsay will forever deep down feel that way but I am glad she finally said her true feelings. Look forward to more episodes

There is no such thing as a perfect family. All families have issues. I love they are connecting especially with their parents incarcerated. They are there for each other.

I love seeing you guys finally sit down and talk, like you said- life is too short. One thing I do recommend would be something on the walls to decrease it from sounding like an empty room.

My older brother and I are 8 years apart. We always loved each other but he was gone before I really started growing up. We started to reconnect when I was 2and became really close when I turned about 30 and he was 38. It seemed like that drastic age difference wasn’t so great anymore and was steadily shrinking because we had more in common. We are now 60 and 68 and still very close.

I am sitting here watching you guys. And I have tears coming down my face. Yiu all love each other so much , but you need to learn to lean on each other. I am a mom of two boys , I lost my oldest 3 yrs ago he had mental issues paranoid, schizophrenic bipolar and yrs it was very hard to deal with him he . We beg people for help to get him help, but there is no help out there until it was too late. My son heard voices and accidentally took his own life by using drugs, and my youngest those two were so far apart, my youngest act like he hated his brother wasn’t there for him. I got onto him saying that is your father. You need to be there for him he needs to know that you are there. Frankie had just me and his dad and I miss him terribly. I love you guys and I’m praying for you.
