I hear what Lack is saying. I've done both. There are just some people in my life that I've come correct in love immediately and I've read the room and waited for a better time and the person who did the wrong doesn't care. I've had the person who did the wrong actually say, "I'm not going to apologize for something I'm not sorry for" which says a lot because if you do the wrong and I point it out and you've done things similar, you're actually saying "i don't care". Yup so I've had to set up boundaries to prioritize the people who care or don't.

Keon, personally I have great friends that are receptive and have a number of outlets. I've been living a pretty happy life surrounded by healthy support groups.......however I still have a therapist who is trained in social & emotional science, knowledgeable of practices I can try in my moments of self-reflection, and has no choice but to be unbiased to what I share with them because they're not me, my friend, nor a family member. Its a cliche to say, but I wouldn't rely solely on my self analysis when it comes to my physical, eye or dental health....so personally I don't for my mental and emotional.
