Menstrual cramps and normal body cramps are not the same thing. Gas bubbles are not the same thing. Menstrual cramps happen when the walls of the uterus tighten. If you don't have a uterus, you don't knit how it feels when it tightens. Each woman's menstrual cycle is different. Therefore, the cramps are different on each person.

We deal with the cramps continuously for a few days if you’re not dealing with internal issues like PCOS or fibroids, the cramps are more intense and last for a week or longer! Then dealing with the amount of blood, and blood clots, they hurt coming out sometimes, vagina throbbing, tampons or pads, nausea, back pain, headaches, bloating, period poops, cravings, no energy, brain fog, hormones, anxiety with the fear of bleeding through your pad, etc. And have to try and function in the world as if nothing is wrong

Period cramps are crazy, but miscarriage isnt just emotionally painful, its nearly debilitating! First time was when I was 17...strong cramps and tried to sit in a tub of water, and the moment my butt touched the water, it was a wave of pain throughout my whole body 😖! Second time was a few yrs ago, a week after finding out, and my husband held me through it😢

Ummm 😂😂😂 you tell a woman cramps feel good with a smile on your face. Its not about sittin down & standing up. Its just the constant movement all day long for 3-7days and every womens body is different. Headache, backache, nausea, possible throw up, the cramps itself, hormones, cravings, heavy bleeds etc...and through all that we gotta smile, be responsible and get through the day for a several days. Of course there are meds but sometime they help and sometime they don't. Mostly with taking meds you gotta catch it at the right time before it gets to crazy mad intense. Cuz at that point Ibprofen or whatever you take aint gonna help at all. I have gone through the tears and rolling on the floor or bed smh ...it aint nothing nice
