I got one of those choice packs in team affinity and chose spring breakout pack 1. But when I went on there, it was now a sellable card, still with a choice of 90. When I went to open the pack, it stated that you would pull either the rare round or the base round. I got the base round. Not sure when they changed all that around.

I grinded the event the second it came out last night, won 20 straight and sold painter for 80k. Was able to get trout with that. Now have a full maztec boost & buxton boost with trout, acuma, crews, buxton, Riley, Swanson, mondesi, EDDIE MATHEWS, & napoli. Average like a 97 overall with added parallel boosts

I'd sell Trout and pick up Acuna personally, but I'm also a Braves homer. The biggest question is, which one do you like the swing of more, and is there another 40k stub or so player you'd want to spend the remainder of the stub difference on.

Keep Trout, because he is the most expensive live series Diamond and if there is a chance he goes up in overall with next roster update then he goes up in price after. But also locking in for Nolan might be a nice move for hall of fame games.

@@MrWeenuk21 That's something people seem to have a very hard time understanding. Even if Trout gets upgraded, his price increases by maybe 20%, whereas you can sell him now and put those stubs into players that will increase 200-300%, and then the 20% that Trout went up is completely mitigated. He's also nowhere near a top card in the game due to the TA update. No reason to keep LS cards until you can lock in for Babe imo.

I treat the keep or sell cards decision as, "Am I good using the player." Just because the card is higher overall, does not mean I play with him well. So if you do well with Trout, I'd keep him. If not (you don't like his swing, it's just hard to get on base), I'd sell.

I'd keep trout. Likely being upgraded because he's playing like prime trout rn. And it will make finishing the Angels collection really easy and you will get Nolan Ryan if you really need pitching. Nolan Ryan isn't amazing but I feel like pitching is lacking and I'm positive he's the only pitcher that throws 110mph even though it only says 102.
