Eedris is a narcissist, he thinks all about himself and no one else. He wants to claim a title that doesn't belong to him, lots of people before him contributed immensely to the growth of Afrobeats we listen to today, but you rarely hear about them. If we're to be fair, no one promoted Afrobeats in the earlier stage than Kenny Ogungbe and Dayo Adeneye. Those guys at Kennis Music made all of us listen and watch Afrobeats both on Raypower and AIT Primetime, since then Afrobeats has been climbing. If you grew up in the 80s and early 90s, you'll realize that the Afrobeats sound isn't actually new, it only just got renamed. Try listen to the likes of Mike Okri, Alex Zito, Felix Liberty etc you'll realize that the sound isn't new, it only just got renamed. Lots of people contributed to what Eedris is trying to claim. Another thing is that Eedris is trying to capitalise on the fact that Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy aren't really sweet pals as is should be by always saying negative things to flare up tensions in both camps. In his recent interview, he was saying " Burna is not Odogwu, Davido is the real Ododgwu", unguided words like that could inflame already existing tensions in both camps. But what he failed to realise is that the competition between the three of them is what makes Afrobeats great and global. Eedris as an old guy is supposed to encourage the people before him, but his ego has pushed him to fight them. I remember few years ago, he had a fight with Timaya and some other guys about how their music wasn't conscious enough whereas his only conscious song was ' Nigeria Jaga jaga'. The same Eedris that sang Mr. Lecturer, Oko Ashawo" etc. Timaya's very first album was more conscious than all of Eedris' songs. Eedris is just full of envy, he doesn't call you out if you're not shinning.

If you see how he's pained, it is coz he probably wrote the song Sakomo but that wasn't the only songs they wrote together. Same way Black faze always feel with African queen but some of us always believe black face didn't write African queen but we can believe Eddie. Eedris said and he never lied that they had someone to sign them for a better money but he chose to stay with Kennis music and Tony did same and I can understand that Kennis music will feel threatened that he's well educated and will let him go. Eddie time would have been fair if it was time like this but rap music was something else when Eedris came and he brought something new. Baba Keke and Co knew the business and they were doing exactly what freez is doing now. Using the boiz to rap against each other so we can buy their CD. Business na business all was strategy and Eddie will feel pained coz those kennis were powerful too in d industry and u can imagine the same was done to Olamide when he came new by Don Jazy U guys can still make money from yr group . However, the pain of Eddie is deeper: From marital to business and group. So it will pain more. Remedies is Eedris, Eddie is Montana and Tony. Even in their song they said that.
