The prosecution - that is the government - is seriously going to lose this case; if not in the lower courts, then on appeal. The first mistake they have made is charging the defendants - that is Naomi and others - with murder. This is clearly not a murder case. They have also being charged with criminal negligence - the event was slated for 10:00 am and the stampede happened at around 6:00 am. Technically, the event is yet to commence. This is like a woman inducing her own labour when she is six months pregnant, then looking for who to blame when the baby comes out stillborn or premature. Timing… It is very sad what happened but nothing is going to come out of this from the courts. A smart lawyer is going to rip the entire charge to shreds. This case might already be lost.

The most reasonable questions are that as a prophetess: 1) why couldnt she see that this will happen? 2) where did she get the money to be giving these free giveaways? 3) is she into any sort of corruption?
