My story... I tried for four years & the thing which irritated me the most was people’s useless questions & finally when I have conceived Alhumdulillah still they keep on asking “tum ne kaisay conceive kar lia?” “ kahan se ilaaj karwaya?” And after getting all info they be like taking all credit “Hum ne tumharay liay bohat duain ki thein Allah ne sun li. And I reply je je ye apki he duaon ki he waja se hua hai. 😂😂😂

I have son after 4 daughters nd all khandan , hmsaey, prosi have same reaction ''hm ny boht duaen ki thi '' and my reply is same like you. 😂 1 of them crossed the limit & said '' mery miyan ny eska ilaj kiya h'' (he is a type of neem hkeem) . believe me I've met her ''miyan'' hardly 2 or 3 times in my whole life. even i didn't know that he is a type of hkeem 😅😅

Had I been even 5 years younger I would have been noddng my head agreeing with you... but dear you have shown me my age. Suddenly I understand dadi's point of view and I feel like you do too....Their 'nosiness' was actual concern at a time when the only resource you had for problem solving was your neighbours or the relatives of the neighbour's relatives....There was no google or doctor available nearby! Also people were sincere because they knew that the problems of their neighbours could one day be their own problem.....everyone was in the same boat. It is coming again dear....that time. When everyone will struggle to put food on the table......and go to each other's house to trade a couple of onions for a cup of sugar Then no one will worry about hiding their problems.

It is disappointing that well educated ppl also don’t have the sense where and when to stop questioning and prying into others’ lives. And then you have friends trying to be very close to you and hurting you in this overly concerned pretence! Every month, before my period started, I used to feel a bit sick.
