Just subbed to your channel. I could not get this to fly until I popped the sd card in and formatted it. It is so easy to fly and I have never flown a drone before! Chalk it up to video game thumbs maybe?? Although I know there are better drones with better cameras etc. I wanted to see if I even liked it and now I'm hooked. I'll definitely be upgrading to something bigger and better in the future once I get better but this product got me started! I picked this up on Amazon for $114 after promo codes and I'm glad I did. Keep up the great content!

I've only had mine , it's my 1st . So far the only issue I is not being able to tap and launch from my phone .Uninstalled the HS Fly app and reinstalled it. Can't swipe right

I’ve been pretty lucky with the HS products. The quality control can be unpredictable though.

i literally just bought a hs 360s for $79.99 from amazon. there was a lightning deal and somehow i was able to use a promo code that added 40% off to it. amazing deal. i havent flown it yet but apparantley it is similar to this one.

l just bought hs3603 holy stone drone it flies great it take awesome pictures and video.i give it a 10 i recommend it for anybody.for the price

The SPYDI 360S is a good drone in this price range. GPS works fine, controller and app are very good. Only the camera are weak. But, for under 200$ (or 210€) you cannot have a good working drone AND a perfect camera. Its a good drone. Not the "best", but a good one.

You mentioned the "free battery" offer that pops up in the app. I tried to follow the steps, not sure if I did it right, but, so far, I've not received any kind of response. Did you give it a try, and if so, any response?

@@DadRandom thank you - instructions are annoyingly ambiguous. Seems corny not to be able to set a new home point. Perhaps they reserve that feature for higher end models. Just got this for Christmas so lead info how to use it now!

I thought they came out with a 306 & its the 360,I have a 700d ,junk,it keeps losing transmission & the joy sticks work in opposite directions,it has a mind of its own,I just got the Potensic Atom Se & its waaaay beter small drone .flies like a Mavic mini ,gonna buy another

306S it’s like I said. Flies great, controller works great with heavy phones. AP functions are only ok, Timelapse was cool as well as panorama stitched together well.

It might be cheap, but I'm glad I spent the extra cash a on a DJI mini 2 se. That footage is so jittery, what use is a 4K camera when it does that?

Another drone reviewer who doesn't have a clue how follow-me should work to be usable in real life. OK. Don't feel bad! I'm just trying to 'educate' you guys a bit. Here is how follow-me should work. 1.Compass type I call it. So it will stay north south east west of you. Only then you can have it fly in front/next of you and see what it is doing. Watching the phone screen is impossible for example riding a bike. And since it doesn't have obstacle avoidance and I don't have eyes in the back of my head fly it behind you is simply not an option in many circumstances. 2. You must be able to use the sticks in follow-me mode. You didn't show that so we can only guess. My otherwise pretty good C-Fly Faith Mini disables the sticks! Ridiculous. What are these Chinese programmers thinking? 3. There must be a homepoint-update option. Believe it or not, you are no longer at the point where it took off! And you don't want having to race back like an idiot. That does not work in real life. Imagine riding down a mountain and having to race up again before a truck runs it over. Funny thing is, my $130 L109 Pro does everything right! So it has zero to do with the price of a drone. I just wish drone reviewers knew how to test it. Follow-me is one of the reason why people buy a drone. To film their activities. Nobody use helix or waypoints or whatever. Now if the follow-me does not work as it should, or it is 'string type' where only follows from behind like on this Holy Stone, then maybe flying it manually will still do a good job? That seems easy, but it's not. Some drones are too fast, others too slow, and others are impossible to fly smooth. And I do not mean optical active-track in case someone here thinks it's the same. You at least got that part right. And indeed simple GPS follow-me is more practical if you don't have an hour to setup active-track and ride back if it loses you. Nobody uses DJI's active-track.
