I’ve only been a dad for a month and, be careful y’all. Ask for help. This is not easy. It’s very rewarding but you have to be careful with your emotions. When you feel frustrated, ask your partner to take the little for a bit for you to cool off. This is usually a two person job. And if not, ask a friend. Your mental health is extremely important during this time. How can you expect to take care of a newborn if you yourself are not taken care of? Best of luck to y’all!

Omg don't let family come over for at least several days unless they are coming to help you! It was so stressful dealing with visitors when you're trying to feed or pump every 3 hours... ugh

Great video. Love the message at the end about enjoying the present moment, and focusing on what is in our control (our mindset).

Four weeks as of today, and I can't express the excitement over our baby girl Satele's arrival I've been feeling... Very overwhelming. I was telling my wife it feels like Christmas day all over again as a kid x1000

Good thing your daughter didn't spend her first 7 days in the NICU and require her 1st surgery at 36 hours

My mom always said my pediatrician would say “he’ll sleep when he’s tired & eat when he’s hungry.” Sometimes people over complicate young children/babies.

Doc said my little girl could be here tomorrow! I'm beyond excited but find myself feeling worried already and unprepared when I can't think of anything else we may need. But this video definitely calmed my nerves!!
