first reality clip, she might not have cooked it all the way, Daechang is Large Beef Intestines that needs to be cooked for awhile so the inside can get "cooked". The inside is mostly, fat I guess but its apparently like collagen and good for the skin and etc. Which is why many people eat it in Asian countries, just not too often. But if cleaned and cooked correctly it will be good!
@mxnnlrnt Жыл бұрын
In the philippines we have a similar dish but we call it isaw which stands for intestine of either pork or chicken. If not prepared properly it will kind of smell and will have a very bitter taste. Which is why it’s important to clean it thoroughly and boil it first before actually frying it or in our case we usually grill it and spread some bbq sauce on it, and it tastes savory!
@abbasturd11 ай бұрын
I was always scared of Isaw but these videos make me crave it 😂

@@abbasturd I was too lol. Try it,it's delicious but I still prefer the regular bbqs we see on the street😭 or just the hotdog but it's good
I think Daechang is more like a tumbong when compared to Filipino dish.

They were not cooking them right and probably didn't clean then well enough. I would think it's just like chitlings in a sense. You have to clean them, soak them a bit and even boil them before frying them. I watched a video once on how they are processed because I kept wondering what was inside... I think ones processed by Korean food manufacturers are likely the cleanest best made ones... You still have to clean them yourself though or boil them...

However instead of putting the food down, she deliberately makes the disgust face and fake vomiting. What would she do if another (non muslim) people would react the same way she did to her countries food.
