For those who are confused, my opinion is that saejin is only AR in the group and the rest members are real. It's kinda the same like aespa's concept, but not exactly the same.

(assuming you're not just playing into the concept) He's not AI though; we don't have "AI" in the sense that they have human intelligence. He's a real person using an avatar, the dancing looks so realistic because it is someone dancing with a mocap suit on, probably the same person who is singing.
