So happy to see you (and your lovely garden) again! You have been missed! I have Replete; last year, I was very disappointed because the blooms failed to open fully, stuck inside the sheath for the most part. This year - absolutely stunning!!! Your arrangements are so beautiful! Such a cheerful video making me smile on a fairly dreary day. A Longwood tour is always appreciated!

How delightful to see you back with Gracie dear Danielle 😃 We have missed you and this enchanting tour of your beautiful garden in its Spring Glory is all I need to make my day ! These flower arrangements are simply gorgeous and I can just imagine how deliciously scented your home will be. I cannot resolve myself to cut mine unless they break or get damaged. The flowering Quince is divine with the daffodil and so is the Forsythia. They are still a few daffodils I do not know from your collection and that of Longwood's. Happy Spring dear Flower Friend 💚

Hi Danielle, what a special treat to see those blue poppies at Longwood gardens today Thank you so much! And thanks for sharing your beautiful collection of daffodils with us Wow they are just gorgeous! So is your display in the house with the vase of quince you placed with the daffodils. I actually didn't mind that bright pop of yellow color with the pail daffodils I thought it looked cheerful and pretty. 😍

Grace is just like a little child with her balloon 🎈😂The Daffodils are amazing 💛Unfortunately where I live they won’t naturalize. So if I want some blooms I need to refrigerate the bulbs. I love the spring beauties! We have many heirloom varieties here. It’s fun studying their hereitage. Thanks to my MIL and gardening mentor…much like your grandmother. They are so abundant being that they’ve been planted, divided and spread around for over 50 years. It’s very interesting about mount hood…I hadn’t realized it came out pale yellow until this year. I always thought it was simply a late bloomer. I am really enjoying experiencing how some of the ruffly split corona dafs progress. They start out yellow but develop their color and ruffles as they mature. I’ve found this to be the case with a beauty I have named Pink Wonder. Eclectic was one of my first, not as ruffled but huge flowers! ‘Flower Surprise’ is a fun one (pinky peach) that has many, many petals and is surprisingly 😊prolific. Excited to share in your gardening adventures this year!

So nice to see you again, you've been missed. Even though we are in the same zone (PA v. NJ), my split cup and doubles don't bloom this early. Thanks for clarifying the pronunciation or Erlicheer (Early Cheer), I've been butchering it for years! Yet still not so "early" in my garden...more mid Spring. Was able to cut a nice bouquet of other daffodils before the rain tomorrow.

Thank you for sharing your daffodils and the names. They are one my most favorite flowers, for many reasons, one of them being animal resistant. I LOVE their scent, and for me, the stronger the better. ha ha! I'm not sure if I have Cum Laude or not, but I do have several varieties that I don't know names of, but I do have Replete that I bought in a clearance bag at Walmart many years ago. I have a small bed with daffodils encircling a boulder, and in front of those, I have tons of the blue squill and they are stunning when in bloom together! The squill has overstepped it's boundaries of that bed though and are now into the yard. The deer won't eat them either.

The indoor display with the blue and white containers are stunning! Especially liked the one with the quince. I am not a fan of forsythia.I find the color jarring, which is why they might not be the best with the soft colors of the daffidols. So glad to see that you are back....missed seeing your posts.
