For losing weight yes. For gaining muscle, diet is still important but not as much. You can lose weight without training you cant gain muscle without training

I think it's a bad idea, it's a skill to have to able to distinguish different sounds, same as being able to recognize Ana' sleep animation from just watching her character model. The only thing i would give you about this is that overwatch has a history of having bugged sounds where certain sounds don't even come off because other sounds are overlapping (not hearing High noon when other characters are making noises with their ultimate is a common one) but that should be something they fix and not come up with something that would just completely just make something in the game that is already kinda fair just too easy. Would the same as giving you a Dva bomb alert on your screen but for basic abilities like firestrike or pharah rockets.
