We've had human-demon fusions before but those were genetic failures as a result of forcibly combining two beings that were never meant to be (Chaos Hero from SMT1, Jimenez from SJ). We know Nanashi is Aquila's newest self but perhaps the reason Dagda singled him out was because he had the god's Knowledge. Or perhaps Dagda was naturally drawn to Nanashi but had no idea about the concept of Nahobino due to coming from a timeline that didn't know they even existed. We know at least that YHVH was a Nahobino according to SMTV. Makes you wonder who the respective demons were for the other protagonists... Here's my headcanons for the ones I know: Kazuya has Lilith, which makes sense as she is naturally drawn to him and is completely obsessed with "becoming together with him forever". Maybe it's because they were the same being at some point. Demi-Fiend has... Pixie. I don't really have any good theories for Demi-Fiend's respective demon but I like to think that the two of them were a really badass Nahobino Fairy at some point. That, or they just have a very good marriage considering whenever Demi-Fiend is around, Pixie's always by his side. Couple goals, man... El had the fucking Great Will itself. I'm serious. The cosmic being itself flat-out says that both it and El are one and the same and their fates are intertwined no matter how many times he reincarnates. Dude lucked out by being the Knowledge holder of the actual strongest entity in the franchise. Marsh has Minotaur. In every single reality he reviews games in, that literal bastard always follows him. Makes you wonder what the hell Marsh did in his previous life as a Nahobino that made him hate the Minotaur so goddamn much, and why it still follows him.

I have a particularly distinct feeling with Dagda. It's like having him on your team is basically just "babysitting" him and making sure he doesn't do something regrettably stupid. It's like saying "Danu, what you're doing isn't working. Let me keep an eye on him, maybe slowly convince him to not be a brat of an adult over time." Mostly because Dagda seems like a lonely SOB.

Man, I hate how they drowned out Xander's performance in post and completely fucked with Dagda's character. Dagda wouldn't want to give demons back their Knowledge or become a Nahobino. Dagda's goal isn't to become the True Dagda or whatever, it's to stop being Dagda altogether. He'd find his other half and become a Nahobino so he could kill Lucifer, separate, and then have the human take the Throne and turn him back into nature.

You can beat him early and use him to have an advantage. Kanabe veil which reduces damage by 30% is absolutely necessary to not get messed up on any difficulty that isn't on easy or safety.

@@iloveemiliaandrem9443 I'm on hard and just needed buff(konohana/idun)+debuff(cleopatra)+phys block+murakumo. was lvl 60 btw. Whenever he decided to attack the same demon twice they would be instantly dead, but wasn't a big deal. With Kanabe veil how early dou you think it's possible?

Be warned, he is very powerful even at level 80! If you have null or repel phys you'll be fine, but when I fought him yesterday I struggled almost as much as one of the last bosses lol his damage is just too high and he luster candy'd a lot of my debuffs away

​@@lliniumFought him on hard. Probably would say around 60s without cheese, since by that point you have some of the better support demons (Cleo, Idun, Sakuya). Any lower and you'd be cooked I feel, since you don't usually get demons with null phys or high enough stats to out-dps him by that point

Ive bough both Konohana is the best demon in the game hands down She is better then what daisujou was in nocturne Dagda can lack behind some other end game demons but is still a beast Extremely hard hitting phys attacks and really solid defenses I won against the demi fiend using a team of cleopatra, dagda and konohana
