Dagestan Vlog | Episode 11 | Training in an old school type gym

My good friend Khocbar Khachilaev decided to take me to one of his training sessions in the heart of Dagestan. A little known fact about him, he's a;
3x World Championship ACB JJ Champion
2x European Championship Grappling UWW ⠀
2x UAEJJF National PRO
so this was about around a 2-hour training session, I tried to condense it into 12 minutes. Nonetheless, this is the reality of Dagestan Training. These athletes do these types of training on a daily basis, day after day. I Enjoyed this workout so much, I ended up coming once more a few days after. A big shoutout out to my friend Khocbar for guiding us through this amazing workout.
