Wa 'Alaikum Assalam. Sheikh Yasser isn't leading anywhere, or there would have been at least a short clip released somewhere. As for whether he will return, it'll only be known when the taraweeh schedule comes out or when the Imams appointed for Taraweeh gather at the Haramain Office. And brother, whether Sheikh is there or not must not make a difference when you go for Umrah, since Umrah is for Allah.
