I did got this dream unintentionally with my first character in this game, never knew what it was, and never tried using that new spell. That save file is deleted so I can't go back to it and try, but its cool.

You could also use the consolw command to give yourself the disease. diseaseplayer (vampire|werewolf|wereboar) Eg., diseaseplayer wereboar

A lycanthrope is a werewolf. A wereboar would be more like a porcinethrope or suidaethrope perhaps.

@@ImCptnAwesome The lore is probably the best written lore ever. Just because the writers didn’t learn latin to write their powers doesn’t mean its poorly written.

@@braedonmatthews In my opinion, it is poorly written. You can't just call a boar a wolf. I definitely wouldn't call it the best lore, seeing as the ESO Lore Master (Lawrence Schick) did what he could to clean it up, but he left the project. Ted Peterson (the OG Lore guy) said the lore was put together by a lot of different people and not always consistent. He said there was no official lore, the writers don't actually know the whole truth. Ted Peterson is working on a new game, Wayward Realms, and he said this time the lore will be consistent. He even said he will call transforming creatures "therianthropes" since they are not all wolves.

You will hear many sound from newer games in the old ones. Re-use sounds is so much cheaper than create new ones. If i remember correct, the sound of the door opening in this game won an award :D
