You could always use the baler with the windrow attachment from mod hub instead if messing with the xml file. One of my favorite mods.

friendly heads up, IF you get the largest caw barn with the feeding robot, you MUST use mineral feed or it won't work.

All the cow sheds in the game are specifically built dairy barns, spending all that money for a dairy barn to fill with beef cows is just insane😂 if you want beef you should use the pastures or a modded feed lot. Great video.

That Case baler has a very narrow pickup. Perhaps you could consider a new baler, especially one that has a wrapper included.

Only roundbalers have wrapers but i assume he only wants square balers as they dont have to stop to unload

Plan to purchase f48 near the train line and turn it into animal paddock with largest cows, pigs and horses.

If you are going to use two big cow sheds, you are going to get in trouble feeding them. Even with a feeding robot. Mostly due to shortage of silage. U could use the Hessian Fermenting Silo. This has a huge capacity. And it can ferment straw into silage. And straw u usually have more then enough of. I use it in combination with the TMR mixing station.

In the empty space near the sheep enclosure put one shed for the machinary like harvesters...or any thing you can put in it.

12:25 No, the mulcher does not double as a grass roller. The base game rollers are small, there is however a 12m grass roller on mod hub.

Nice to see that you're planning ahead, looking to buy the biggest cow barn. Although you also said you were planning on closing the series once you'd done one harvest on field 26, so there doesn't seem to be a great deal of point in buying the barn.

To modify the pickup width its the .i3d file (can be done in notepad ++), and not hard at all... just add a one in front of the start, end, and height under the working width, then enjoy.

If you want to use a collector wagon to pick up straw you could get yourself a hay loft, there must be a mod for a giant one. The big collector wagon probably has a wider head than the baler. The other thing you could do is get a stand alone TMR mixer that you fill with raw materials. That will remove the need for bales, so you could sell the baler, the towed mixer, and the bale shredder to fund it.

The cow barn that is just behind the one with the robot holds the same amount of cows and is 200,000£ cheaper. You just have to feed them yourself

if you use a TLX 3500 pickup to mulch with that orange mulcher, you can mulch at over 50km/h. but the base speed of that mulcher is 35km/h.

On realy big fields, after the circumnavigation runs add to follow me a auto stack bale trailer and the vehicle with the grain trailer. On FS17 there was a mod which you could make the worker go round the field rather the up and down (there where also options for the type of end turn the vehicle would make.). This allows the grain collection always be on the outside of right turns and to load on the move, allowing the trailer to be emptied without stopping the combine. The combine then will not try a left turn into the vehicle on its left. With a good plan you can have a whole convoy of vehicles following the combine, potato or sugar beet harvester.. (Simlilar for cultivation). Just do not exceed 30 mph/kph.

Not to be contrary sir, but that cow shed will make you more short term money than the large field and more hands off allowing you to just let the money roll in while you just keep shed stocked with stuff for mineral feed. Just so you know I think It will Require mineral feed for the auto robot to work. Just a heads up, anyway my thought Is you will make more with the large cow barn than the largest field.. just my 2cents🙂 no disrespect meant at all of course

There is a new Cow Shed with Auto feeder, same physical size as that one that your were showing, but instead of 80 it cows 240 Cows I believe and also cost less.

Can you please buy a BGA? It's great thing to do. You can put in there, manure, slurry, silage and suger beet cut. That bring in a lot of money, and you get digistate to fertiliz your fields.
