I really hope you read this comment because I believe that every single person watching your videos will agree. Since the start of this series you've done a lot. You have your own wine yard, olive grow, new fields, tractors, cultivators, sprayers... you have chickens, cows and sheep. You have just bought your new shed. But there is still one thing that has not changed. The harvester, I would really love to see a new one. This one we have all seen plenty and used quiet a lot. But now I believe it's time for an upgrade. Something big and strong to match the farm. Such a big farm and machinery yet such a small and old harvester, let's all say goodbye to old Betsy and welcome 'Harold'. Which ever harvester that might be, just name it Harold🤣. Day nm. 1.

Loving your series and all the hard work you put in to making so much great content for us. Thank you Daggerwin! If you want to make money from olives our grapes you have to scale up a lot. The scale of your vineyards is just too small, that's why it seems like it's not worth it. Scale up nicely and you'll start raking it in.

❤️🎞️👍 keep up the great work. 16:10 there is a lumberjack mod, been out since before xmas. Tip: when fertilizer spreading and you don't have gps steering mod. You can use mini map to make it easier to line up next pass. The x, y co-ordinates are in meters. For example the fert spreader you use has a working width of 42m, so when you are going past start corner of field take note of number, add or subtract (depending on direction of travel) 21 and that is your centre of pass. Use compass heading on mini map to go exactly 0°,90°,180° or 270°. Then at end of row add subtract 42 for centre of next pass. This technique can make you look like a pro that don't need no gps steering. Maths gets a bit more complex if field not north south or east west. But it wouldn't be "Daggerwin" if you drove in straight lines. So ignore this. Maybe other viewers might find it helpful.

The "bulk hall" in the "sheds" category is in the base game so as to store your root crops. I'm sure your potato field won't need more than one or two halls, and they are fairly cheap. Eggs and produce will definitely fund that purchase by the time the potato harvest comes around.

Furniture is very heavy. You overloaded the forklift, that's why it couldn't handle it. You can do two pallets with the electric one and only one with the diesel forklift. The time to sell furniture is summer. The price should be over 6000. But it doesn't fluctuate as much as some others. No production for potatos in the base game. But you earn well selling them, especially in the spring. The shed corner is a good place to store them. Railroad silo can also be used for easy unload.

If you open up the minimap you will see some coordinates at the bottom on the minimap and an angle. You can use the angle to line yourself up perfectly with your fields. And the coordinates are in meters which you can use to line yourself up for your next row, especially good when you use a fertilizer spreader and you cant see where you’ve been. In this case you would do your row then move over 42 meters with the proper angle
@DivitionX3 жыл бұрын
I really like those videos u making. Keep up the good work! I just have one question. Why are you not fertilize before you cultivate? Then the field will be "100"% when you plant with a fertilizing planter. This game recognices the cultivate as a "grow stage" which means that the fertilize "disappears" when you cultivate and allow you to fertalize again already when you planting. The work order from a harvested field is : 1) Fertilize 2) Cultivate 3) Plant (with a fertilizer) 4) Fertilize (if u dont have it on the planter) 5) Roll 6) Wait until field is ready for harvest 7) Harvest

Daggerwin, you should adjust the prices for leasing equipment in your let's play's. I mean it makes absolutely no sense to rent an olive harvester for 15k for working a field that size. You could use the equipment borrowing charges from the Contracts section as a point of reference to adjust the leasing prices.
