Great review! This is the first video that I’ve seen where the bag actually looks used. You mentioned cleaning the bag (or using a Tide pen) to remove the stains/discoloring. How were the results? I really love that color but am concerned with how light it is. Thanks.

it worked fine with the tide pen, any staining lifted right out!

I recently got the ryan laptop bag! However it came with a sort of dent or crease on the front panel! :( any idea how I can get rid of it?
