Probably because Argonians have served him well as slaves while the Khajiit have not. If the Kajiit also had been productive members of (his) society they might have overturned it. If you are looking for an objective analysis, Dagoth-Ur (the God) may not be your best bet.

Argonians though are much more efficient in marshy saltrice fields and they are more affordable in those pesky coastal mines that tend to flood in tide. Although this is only a minor convenience.

As a Breton who supports the 6th house i find your assessment accurate yet i do find my self a little salty that high elves placed above Bretons....They are better with magic but they lack the mental capacity to let go of the "superior attitudes" long enough to pay tribute to the house unmorned.

You know, it occurs to me that Dagoth Ur is probably the most understanding "Antagonist" in the entire Elder Scrolls series. He just sits there up in the middle of Red Mountain, waiting for Nerevar to return. And when Nerevar does return, Dagoth doesn't attack him, instead he strikes up a conversation and explains exactly how the, so-called, "Living Tribunal" betrayed all of Chimer kind and stole Neravar's powers. All Dagoth Ur wants, really, is to have his boss and friend back by his side. It's a pity that Bethesda, for all it's efforts to make Morrowind as open-world as possible, giving the player multiple ways to accomplish the main quest, refused to allow the player to join Dagoth Ur, destroy the trio of traitors, rebuild the 6th House, and restore Morrowind to greatness.

Allways playing Nord, Orc, Redguard or Argonian mages to break steriotypes. I also did an Altmer with a greatsword but he still could cast spells. Although as Dagoth said, magic isnt everything (in my playthrews, it is) And btw Burz Gro-Kash is still my favorite Orc name

I thought Argonians were good with magic, just better as Rogues. (Stealth character using magic like Illusion and Alteration, as well as Sneak and One Handed)

@@tarheelpro87 They just arent your typical mage but rogue and I included them because they belong to my favorites. Actually the only race I never play is woodelf. Some of the NPC Bosmer are so annoying ;)

@@Aaahrg wood elf is perfect for stealth archer thief builds, but since I’m not really that much of one, and my stealth characters usually are a rogue or just use daggers, I rarely use it

@@tarheelpro87 Problem is stealth archer gets boring relativly quick in Skyrim because its brokenly powerfull. Its a okayish playstyle in Oblivion but I don't like archery in this game that much (ugly animation, no crossbows) and pretty impossible in Morrowind, as the game has no sneak multiplier für ranged weapons (daggers still work). My last created TES char is a Morrowind, imperial assassin btw and the bow/crossbow gets almost only used in open combat. And if I play stealth archer khajiit are almost equal to bosmer.

Not really, Imps are based on the looks of Romans. So slightly tanned white dudes. Bretons Are basically the same, sort of a mix between ancient Germanic/France with southern traits, but with Elven blood, I think dark Elves, thus they are darker.
