If you ever wonder why people get food poisoning, just look at those baskets of fish and other foods on the wet sidewalk. With so many stray dogs there always crapping on those sidewalks and everyone walking by and flicking dirty water from their feet. No refrigeration and hot tropical climate. You have a disaster at the ready. I've been there and it's disgusting.
