Hello, I have the single head BF 1500 embroidery machine. I have a new WiFi, but it won’t always recognise the password. When it does connect, it has an ! by the wifi logo? I have to reconnect every time I switch on the machine. Any ideas how i can fix this issue? Thank you

make sure you shut down all anti-virus application in your laptop, or it won't connect to cloud.
