@Ankit This is the usual practice from what I have seen in most India street food videos. It's for Indian stomachs, if you are brave u can try, or maybe try to copy in ur own kitchen.

@@mokhtaramin2011 that usual practice was easily accepted before 2020 but now many people's have lost so many closed one's due to this usual practice and carelessness, by wearing a simple plastic glove evrytime he serves the chaat, he acts actually responsible and as an hygienic food seller, india is changing @mokhtar amin you should also go towards hygiene, and yes i really wanna try that chaat but with proper hygiene..

Yummy food delicious, we used to eat papdi chaat at least 4 to 5 times a week. Papdi chaat uncle used to come on bicycle and sell door to door at evening time. Very tasty.
