Very good dahi vada preparation . We used to grind a bit of coconut , chillies, ginger and add to dahi. That gives rich look and taste

Hi Vismai Food, am an big fan of ur recipes and channel, I made dahi vada many times but it used to turn out very hard, I tried by ur method and it not only turned out perfect but was juicy and yummy also all Vadas were finished same day :-) ur way of telling is very easy and sharp.
