• 1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
• 2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
• 1 tsp Salt (नमक)
• 1/4 tsp Black Salt (काला नमक)
• 300 grams Paneer (पनीर)
Gravy Base (ग्रेवी बेस के लिए):
• 500 grams Curd (दही)
• 1/4 cup Boiled Cashew Paste (उबले हुए काजू का पेस्ट)
• 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
• 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
• 1/4 tsp Salt (नमक)
Gravy (ग्रेवी के लिए):

• 2 Cardamom (इलायची)
• 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
• 2 Small Cinnamon Sticks (छोटी दालचीनी की छड़ें)

• 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
• 2 tsp Water (पानी)
