This is the legacy of Jose Nepomuceno that the younger generation should know. Grabe it was a memorable movie I've watched when I was a child sa TV. Hindi niya masabi un sikreto because of priest and confessee confidentiality. True love is indeed both joyful and painful.

I grew up knowing Charito Solis as " INA MAGENTA" of "Okay Ka Fairy Ko", a sitcom in the 90's with Vic Sotto and Aiza Seguerra. Iba talaga ang ganda ng mga artista noon, walang retoke. Noon, kung maganda ka, maganda ka talaga!

I just learnt na pinag audition ng Lola at Auntie ko ang Nanay ko para sa role na napunta Kay ms Lisa Lorena. Nakuha ng Nanay ko yung role pero ng malaman ng Tatay ko, na bf nya nun, pinagbawalan sya, so she backed out. My dad promptly knocked her up and , voila! Moi. 😊 Manila was smaller then. Everyone knew everyone.

I watched that film in the third run theater in the province, yet, I didn't understand its plot for I was 6 years old then, what I still remember, was the banquet scene where the foods were shot perfectly because this was the first film in color.

I hope you guys can somehow release all your movies via youtube (even with free ads) and Amazon since Nepomuceno Productions still owns the copyrights to the movies, so all those movies can be income generating intellectual properties.
