Dahil Sa Iyo - Joel Malit (Pedro Concepcion)

I arranged the fingerings of this piece in 1994 based on an audio cassette tape recording by Pedro Concepcion.
I used to play it publicly in our province and in some countries in Europe in some Art Exhibitions. I stopped playing the guitar in 1997 and totally forgotten this beautiful piece of music..
2014 when I revived editing the version based on the original recording. I added the orchestral part and ending and it took me some time to decide which one is good to play. The original version is not quite nice to play as is because of some adlib, so I removed that adlib and replaced that part with the melody adapted from the orchestra.

Thank you Mr. Marcus.....Sorry, I don't have any good info about my guitar. It's just a cheap antique junk I bought from surplus shop for 1,500 pesos. I just cleaned it, repaired the cracks, retouched the scratches, sanded the twisted fretboard and its fretwires to a now playable condition. The label is in Japanese writings, translated for me in english by some guitar experts..the maker's name was Yusuke Kyo. The guitar weighs around 1 kilo only....very light...but can project a powerful sound. The soundboard is very thin at around 1mm+, thinner than common laminates. Humidity and temperature directly affects the sound of this guitar, and it's always out-of-tune in cold and hot season here in Saudi Arabia. This guitar plays good only in the Philippines where temperature and humidity is just right for this instrument. There is no other info on the internet about this guitar....and probably this is the only one we can see on KZbin.
