I read that Jinhwan only studied in Davao for 7 months so I don't expect him to completely absorb the Filipino accent. Davao also speaks another dialect/ language than Tagalog (most speak Cebuano) so he most likely memorized the lyrics. Singing in another language is easier than speaking it though.
