How will you retrieve videos incase the thieves damage the cameras, dvr and the video loft adapter at the shop???

If the cameras or cloud adapter are damaged, don't worry-everything recorded up to that point is already stored securely in the cloud. Unlike DVRs, where footage can be lost if the device is stolen or destroyed, you’ll still have access to all the video prior to the damage from your Videoloft account. We have 16 sites at 16 different cities and all sites are connected to headquarter through Virtual Private Network over internet. Do we need 16 cloud adaptors or one adaptor at hq? And What is the licence fee/cost per year of your virtual cloud adaptor to remotely monitor about 500 cameras?

Thanks for your enquiry! We’d generally recommend an Adapter per site, however, we do offer a free proof of concept if you wanted to trial it connected to your VPN first. The Virtual Cloud Adapter is free to download, we charge on a per camera basis and this charge depends on factors such as recording mode and recording resolution.
