I have encountered the following problem: When I enable the IVS autotracking mode in the area control mode, I experience false alarms triggered by insects. If I enable the SMD mode, the camera stops responding to human movements. How can I resolve this issue? Is it possible to enable both IVS and SMD modes simultaneously?

Hello! thanks for your feedback. The camera does not support enabling IVS and SMD simultaneously. 1. In IVS, if insects trigger false alarms, you can filter out small objects by drawing a min Size. The setting path is: AI --> IVS --> min Size. 2. If SMD does not respond to human movement, does it mean that it does not trigger an alarm when someone passes by? This depends on the specific configuration and the analysis of the actual recorded video to determine why there is no alarm. Got it on demo zoom is pish. Auto track only works when you jump about. It's cheep for a reason.. its nothing like a good dahua ptz
