【ダイエット】私、今より10kg太ってました...【写真公開】

突然ですが私は今よりも10キロぐらい太っていた時期があります。
痩せていればいいってわけでは絶対にないですが、その時の私は自分のことが大嫌いで、人に会うのも、洋服を着るのも、メイクをするのも、ましてやテレビに映ることなんてもってのほか。
嫌で嫌で仕方なかったんです。
閉じこもって友達に心配されて、精神的に不安定で仕事もままならない、最低だとはわかっていてもなかなか生活習慣を変えることができず、人前では食べることを我慢して、深夜誰も見ていない部屋でラーメンやらお菓子やらを食べていました。
痩せようと心から決意したきっかけは小嶋陽菜ちゃんの卒業。
不安定な私を残して卒業することをとても心配してくれていた彼女の為にも、自分の納得いく体系になって元気に見送りたいと思いダイエットをスタートさせました。
結局、卒業までに痩せることは間に合わなかったけど少し痩せ始めたら心が元気になっていくのを感じてそのままコツコツ続けることができました。
動画内で話していることはごくごく当たり前で、一度でもダイエットをしたことがある人なら普通のことばかりですが...
「私も始めてみようかな」
って思うきっかけになったら嬉しいです。

In the past, there were times when i was 10kg heavier than now...
Its not that im saying that being skinny is justice, but back then, i hated myself. It held me back from going outside to see friends, i hated picking out clothes and wearing make up, and worst of all, i hated appearing on national television.
i couldn’t stand it all.
I locked myself inside and made my friends concerned. i was emotionally unstable and couldn’t focus on work. i knew it was bad for me but i couldn’t change my habits. I didn’t eat in front of my friends and ate ramen noodles or snacks at my house when no one was looking.
The moment i truly decided to lose weight was when Haruna Kojima announced her graduation.
As she knew i was emotionally unstable, she was very worried about leaving me behind. I started my diet to achieve an ideal figure and show her that i was alright before seeing her off.
I couldn’t accomplish my full goal before she graduated, but as i gradually started seeing and actually experiencing myself lose weight, it gave me the motivation to keep with it and steadily continue until today.
though im stating quite the obvious from a person-on-a-diet perspective, i hope my video encourages people who are reluctant to start.
