Alice, Elvis, Moira, and Jorrel are happily playing patintero in a park, when two kids start to write vandals on Jose Rizal's statue. They bring the two kids to Lola Goreng, who starts telling a story about two rich kids - Thirdy and Kristine.
Thirdy and Kristine are siblings who grew up in the city, and will be spending the weekend in the province. They were disgusted that there were no modern conveniences in the house. So, the kids got curious about a forbidden room which transports them into another time - 1869, the time when still the national hero Jose Rizal was still a boy. Thirdy and Kristine became friends with Pepe, who was really Jose Rizal. They spent their day laughing and playing, but soon, the siblings were forced to get back to the present time. But Thirdy and Kristine were worried that Pepe would be killed based on history. So, the siblings went back in time, and was transported to year 1896...when Jose Rizal was jailed in Fort Bonifacio, and was about to be killed hours later. Thirdy and Kristine were reunited with a grown up Pepe. After smiled and goodbyes, the kids were not able to save Pepe from being shot, as sibling's grandfather brought them back to present. Thirdy and Kristine learned about simplicity, love for our country, and love for our fellowmen.
As Lola Goreng wraps her story, the kids finally realized what they did was wrong. So, the kids went back to the park to clean their vandals.
