You unlock it by maxing his friendship or aloha link whatever it's called in Hawaii what i did is i got all the gifts he wanted after that just play karaoke until it gets maxed voilà you unlocked andre Richardson as a poundmate It's pretty strange he's helping kiryu after all what happened in yakuza 3
