Also, for the roof operation, it seems like the hydraulic fluid has water in it I suggest you to replace it, remove what’s in the pump reservoir with fresh fluid, make the roof go up and down, then replace it again until all the bad fluid is replaced Always always operate the roof with the engine turned on Because the roof system will drain the battery super fast, you can see a normal operating roof in my shorts if you need comparison Good luck bud!!!

Since you had water in the trunk maybe the third light seal is broken, try to see where the water is coming from 95% sure it’s from there

Never ever shut the copen boot like this It’s meant to be soft close so you need to gently put it on the latch, and press on the spoiler so the latch engages the system
