Overall a nice review except for consumption. I am currently using Mira es 2014 with odometer above 100k.......idling stop is not working.........Still it gives 16+ kmpl in city while its GT Road average is around 24kmpl under 100kmph speed.........while on motorway upto 110kmph speed its avg remained above 21kmpl.

The reason for the difference in fuel consumption is this: The LA300 series came out in Sept. 201. It continued in production until early 2017 at the latest. (Exact date of final production ... I don't know.) On May 9th, the LA350/360 series was available for sale in Japan. Both series were rebadged as Suburu (Pleo) and Toyota (Pixis Epoch) - at least in Japan. There were a number of configurations, including 4WD. The newer series was engineered to deliver considerably better fuel consumption. This was achieved in mainly two ways: (a) the car was made lighter; (b) the fuel system was re-engineered. Also there were some changes in the frontal aerodynamics. I've not had actual experience driving the different generations. I just did some research on the internet. My family has a 2017 LA300 series Mira eiS that was built in Japan where we live. Greetings to Mira owners in Pakistan.

I will argue with respect to Average. My 2014 model Mira gives around 21-23 km/L with Idle stop disabled in city. So one can expect better numbers from this new Gen mira.

Good review but a mistake was made. Normally the speed test in kmh is 0-100 and in mph it is 0-60. You just did 0-60 in kmh. Overall everything was well explained and covered.

TY your reviews tend to be very factual not biased. a good review tells why you should buy this car or you shouldn't. you waste alot of time talking about design which anyone can look up on the web you should indulge more time in talking about pros and cons of this car compared to other vehicles and its performance. also you should do a few types of tests that you do with every car you review so multiple different cars can be compared on data not provided by car companies.
