Sometimes after a big outing I have also need to rest for a couple of days. Pool therapy is the only exercise that makes me feel good. Just leisurely swimming is the best. 2 of my daughters have pools. We played in the pool for a few hours last weekend and I was only sore for one day after lol….We will swim at my others daughter’s house on Friday. Happy Fourth of July 🇺🇸 my friend 🥰 be safe!

There is no bathtub. The water from the tap comes straight from the river and is freezing. But mom could certainly heat water in that massive pot and they could wash with cloths. They are eating wild greens which have been dehydrated. I watched them dry the greens on top of their roof.

اگر غذا را لا سبزی تازه درست کند خیلی عالیاستانا پختن سبزی خشک کار اشتباه است چون سبزی تبدیل به چوب خشک شده و هیچ ویتامین و خاصیتی ندارد .من دیدم وقتی مادر با سبزی خشک غذا درست میکنند معمولا بچه ها مرتب تکه های درشت سبزی خشک را بیرون از بشقاب میکذارند و نمی‌خورند
