With all humbleness would like to mention two things 1. Impurities are leaving the field as vapour or smoke not both at a time, to the best of my knowledge. I have heard Daaji saying this in one of his videos on cleaning. 2. In this video of your's you have rightly mentions from the top of my head to the bottom of my spine. In another video you have mentioned it as top of the spine to the bottom of pelvic bone. In that video the option of comments has been turned off. So I mentioned it here. Please correct me if I am wrong.🙏🙏🙏

I think the conclusion that can be drawn by your observation about the inconsistency of method is - its not the actually the smoke, or the region from where it escapes thats important.. but our willingness and sincerity to drop out impressions/samskars. I can come up with a new imagination that my impressions/complexities are just disintegrating inside my body and flying away. If I really really believe in this method, it will definitely work. So I would say don't worry about how/where the smoke is going, but just "relax from" your heaviness in your system however you feel fit.
