I think they’re acting out cuz they want attention, or they have anxiety and they’re diverting it by destroying things, whichever dog it is LOL. My dog does this too even tho I dont travel without him, but he gets severe anxiety when I’m gone for work for half a day even if he’s with my bf. It’s hard, but I’d definitely block off some areas of the house and leave toys that they can rip up and thrash

what a stupid thing to comment. who says she leaves them for weeks at a time? im sure she has a dog sitter for when she goes on vacation plus most of the time her husband is home, she doesn’t need to be by her dogs 24/7 but i guess your a fly in their house and know everything

You shouldn’t really leave your dogs, they become your priority and u made a commitment to them. I never leave my dog alone and if I do for an hour she gets stressed out maybe that’s what is happening to your dogs!

it's impossible to be with dogs 24/7 and it's obvious she doesn't leave them for days or weeks at a time... and leaving them for a few hours of your day to do errands or work or normal stuff doesn't mean you're not committed to them or don't care for them.
