You your smoothie, you could also add blueberries for antioxidants. Blackberries too and it’s doesn’t even affect the taste much. You can get them in a mix together too. Just what I do :)

heyhey! I sleep very early like 8-9pm and wake up at 3am to study, do homeworks, workout then cook, shower and go to school. My everyday routine 🥰 Trust me it's very practical and more productive like you can do anything without rushing things up.
