I know these people, it's not radar. They note down every road + connections from city portal and have memorised all the nearby Hideouts. Pair that with scouts to see who zones into where and they know beforehand exactly where someone will be heading. The others on invis are the fellow scouts from other gates that came to help kill. So it's not radar, just well done research.
