How to Bake Artisan Sourdough Bread. Detailed steps for making sourdough bread.
Let's make the kitchen clean. Keep your kitchen tidy because it is the heart of the home.
Sourdough bread recipe for 1 loaf.
350 grams of premium wheat flour.
150 grams of whole grain flour.
350 grams of water.
Mix everything until completely moistened, cover with a lid and leave in the bowl for 1 hour. This is called "Autolysis".
*Then add 120 grams of Levito Madre starter to the dough (tear into pieces and mix with the dough). Leave for another 30 minutes.
*will add in 30 minutes
10 grams of salt.
Knead the dough well to make it more elastic.
Leave to ferment. After 50 minutes, do a knead (stretching the dough). We repeat this 3 times.
It turns out that you knead the dough 3 times every 50 minutes.
*When the dough has risen well and doubled in size.
Form loaves and place them in proofing baskets, seam side up.
I put the bread in the refrigerator overnight to let it proof.
Bake in the morning in a preheated cast iron frying pan (or, if you have a cauldron, then in a cauldron with a lid). Pour some water into the bottom of the pan to create steam.
The first 10 minutes at a temperature of 250-260C, then I reduce the temperature to 220 and bake until done for about 30 minutes.

Dzień dobry kochana Olesiu! 🤗 Dom jaki czysty, jak wszystko błyszczy i lśni. Pięknie posprzątałaś 😍 Miło patrzeć. Też piekę chleb pszenno żytni na zakwasie. Od lat. Nie ma nic piękniejszego w domu jak zapach pieczonego chleba. Ja urodziłam się i mieszkam w mieście. Nie mam tradycji pieczenia chleba wyniesionej z domu. Sama się nauczyłam, bo chciałam czuć ten zapach 😊 Tak Olesiu, lato szybko przeminęło. Szkoda. Trzeba poczekać na następne 😉 Zdrowia Ci życzę i dobrych dni 🧡 Serdecznie pozdrawiam/Iwa 🤗😘

Hello Olesya. I love your videos. I am busy too, getting ready for our Thanksgiving and of course Christmas. Making Christmas gifts for our children, grandchildren and friends. Also, my husband suggested I make a Christmas quilt to lay on our love seat in the living room. We live in Florida, so its been quite warm.
