Since it's been hot where I live since May and now in August, it's been in the 100s to 113 daily, I can honestly say I hate summer. I'm hoping cooler weather arrives soon!!! I love winter, through our weather doesn't get in freezing temps but for maybe three days. Your food always looks so delicious ! Love the pot and knife you bought. Autumn does not arrive here for another 3+ weeks, although by early September the daily temperature is around 22c. Ah the knife you mentioned on my comment a couple weeks back. Looks nice. Let us know how well it works for you over time. The store was nicely organized. So you should have asked the store about maintenance of the knife, overtime they all need sharpening. I used a stone, but I need to replace it soon. Your meals look 😋.

드뎌 칼 구매하셨네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 저도 가지고 있는칼이랍니다 두가지브랜드를 가지고 있는데요 글로벌이랑 시즈타쿠미.. 근데 자꾸 손은 글로벌로 가더라구요 손에 편한쪽으로 가다보니 하지만 채 썰땐 시즈타쿠미가 짱 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아 손안다치게 조심하세요 ㅠㅠ 너무 날카로우니까 평소 물기제거도 꼼꼼히 하셔야 오래쓸수있답니다 살짝 방심하면 바로 녹이 생길수있어요 꽝꽝 얼은 재료는 되도록 피하시구요❤
