Routine in Nepal- To wake up in early morning. To clean stable and cattles too before milking. To pour milk into clean jars and store at safe place. To collect timber for cooking meal. To collect green leaves as food for cattles. To guard everything likewise cattles, farm, and so on.

Oil the nipples so it doesn't hurt while she's being milked. Brings back memories. This is a good life, sometimes harsh, but great at the same time. Everything is fresh and natural. None of this "drive thru" junk. I avoid it as much as I can.

Que legal eu vi aí pé de fruta que aqui no Brasil conheço como tomate jáponesa e uma delícia aqui conheci pessoas que descasca quando está bem madura coisinha junto com carnê ou no feijão mas prefiro chupar o fruto estes lugares e jápão como chama estas terras montanhas lugares muito lindo povo muito trabalhador .não cei se estou errada mas parece ter muitos que sãoas bem de vida e tem outros que não senhoras dona de casa usando roupinhas rasgadas fico muito triste aqui no Brasil se as família sabe de famílias que está passando por falta de roupas calçados se tem não cerve aí da pras famílias que estão nescecitada eu acredito que aí também fazem não e eu acho muito lindo repartir com quem não tem pós eu já fui beneficiada por muitos Deus abençoe a todos de todos estes países
